Forum and ingame mod or admin

1) Samuel Ganter.
2) i play atleast 30 hours a week or more.
3) I was searching for a low player server. so i can see it grow.
4) I am 16.
5) This is not ive played RSPS for about 2 years?
6) I was owner 2 times, Co Owner twice Admin 7 Times and Mod about 10 times. (Admin and Mod estimated.)
7) Id like to be part of the Staff to prevent the dupers and to help the new players whit all there ???????.
8 Im a good html coder a good GFX and restaring to code and i love making guides i will get to that soon.
9) You shoud premote me because i think id be a big help for the server and i think i could bring alot more than kusy fun to the server!
10) Id like to be either Mod/Admin/forum mod/admin?
11) I live in canada.
