loggin glitch Empty loggin glitch

every day atleast for an hour or so i cannot log onto the server because the hp and prayer keeps flashing and will not let me click play now and it glitches and wont log onto the server then it dc's and i cannot log back onto untill the server gets reset or somming so its bugging me. can anyone help? or atleast explain why this is happaning.
