IF I EVER WANT TO END IT ALL (DW I WONT)

I have to inform everyone that i am hosting this server on a laptop... This may be the cause most of the lag in the game.
This server wont be online for very long since i am now facing a new issues, I would like to start with how this server started.... It started somewhere in the middle of october and every week there seemed to be more and more players online but these players got board of rsps or got mad that i dont reply to any staff application (I read them all, I pick with your in-game experience) most of these players attempted to make there own rsps 90% of those who try fail (this is my 9th attempt and the only one that managed to get online) anyways before i start going somewhere else in this post .... every week we got allot of new players (we still do) but now the only problem is that players started to be less active and there are starting to be less good players to help out the new ones (i think the economy should drop alot and make things less priced also change the money from Million to Thousand per item unless its very rare also I think its to fast leveling even tough we got a new game glitch the item on item which im still trying to figure out) these problems could be solved but theres this 1 issue when I work or do other thing on my PC it lags my pc very bad and I cant accomplish anything especially the coding (every week it gets 5% slower because of hoasting since its a laptop and a laptop needs to be turned off daily) I do not turn off my laptop daily for at least 3 hours since I want you guys to enjoy the server, but this 5% delay per week already caused the server to go offline for no reason since my hosting program is getting slower.

What I am tryi g to do about it -
I already go another computer(desktop) but the problem is that its sorta old and cant run some programs so I wont be able to use that one i attempted over 10 times even recoded the server to make it fit but when it says server is online its really not. (FAILED)
I am trying to get a VPS but I dont have enough money on my paypal at the moment so if people download at least 15$ every mouth (I dont think this will happen until the server is up for a year non stop) so for not this is (FAILED)
I am running it on a laptop and it creats lags and delays so now im looking for someone with a desktop that could host this server or better yet OWN it so if you have a vista or windows 7 desktop you are able to have this server and all the copyrights and junk could go to you as long as I still keep owner since i am the original creator =)

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HOST OR OWN THIS SERVER THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Vista or Win 7 desktop (dont worry the 5% delay will only happen on laptops and not desktops)

Additional info -
The compilers in the source and client are set to 64 bit computers (you can change it to 32 or w\e)
I will give you basic instructions on how to code nothing really hard (only 1 time)
I will set everything up except the compilers with team viewer
You have full control of the forums

If i dont get enough money for a VPS or a hoaster/owner by the end of this week this server will go down since my laptop cant handle it
